He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Thompson and Adelaide Thompson; his wife Diane; his children, Jennifer Noto (Steve), Jessica Ashbrenner (Brad) and Jeremy Thompson (Shae); his grandchildren, Alex, Lauren Noto, Brittney Thompson, Eli, Zac, Noah, Jack and James Thompson; his stepgrandsons, Jon, Justin Ashbrenner (Emily), Braxton and Sterling Ashbrenner; his mother-in-law Helen Mary Wagner; and his siblings, Jack Thompson and Marcia Lowell. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
