He is survived by: his wife Mani; his daughter Indunil; his grandchildren, Anushi and Ryan; his sisters, Chandra and Menike; and his siblings-in-law, Nihal (Vijayanthi), Swarna (Dayananda) and Kanthi (Gamini). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
