Howard Turner Jr. Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Turner Jr. (West Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on July 13, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Turner and Nona Turner; and his sister Linda Turner. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Lucy" Higgins; his children, Keith, Mark, Cheryl Bolt (Maurie) of Janesville, IA and Sara Bierbaum; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Evan Bolt (Mileah Mesch), Molly Assink (Justin), Andrew, Nick and Emily Bierbaum; and his great grandchild Cora Assink. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may go to the Boys Scouts of America.
