She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence L. Milbourn and Viva G. Milbourn (McKelvy); her husband Philip Eugene Norton; and her sons, Gary A. (Barbara) of Norwalk, IA, Steven R. (Joyce) of Ankeny, IA, Donald E. (West) and David L. (Janet). She was also cherished by her four sons, eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the West Des Moines United Methodist Church of which she was a very active member.
