He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Harker and Letha Harker (Ogden); his wife Beverly Smith; his grandson Gary Harker; and his great grandchild Victoria Harker.
He is survived by: his children, Harold Jr. (Donna), David (Betsy) and Vicki Fisher (Dean). He is also survived by five siblings, seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
