He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Scott and Clarice Scott (Nash); and his brothers, Ralph and Bernard. He is survived by: his sons, Charles Scott (Deb) and Todd Scott (Shari); his grandchildren, Mindy, Charlie, Andrew, Christopher, Nicole, Chelsea, Mikey, Todd Jr., Courtney and Mary Sandra Diaz; his children, Sam Scott (Amanda), Nicklas and Kaitlynn; his wife Jeanne (Townsend Dawson); his stepson Zach; his daughter Sophia; his nieces, Debbie Scott Heller (Gary), Karen Scott Robertson (Bill), Sue Scott Hoffman (Bill) and Kelly Coleman Patterson (Greg); and his sister-in-law Vicki Coleman (Orebaugh).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Calendar Sacred Heart Catholic Church (1627 Grand Ave, West Des Moines, IA 50265). A Mass was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Sacred Heart Catholic Church or Sacred Heart School.
