He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Mike Johnson, Kathy Reschke and Melissa (Schneider); and his son-in-law Kevin Schneider. He is also survived by four sisters and their spouses and children, 12 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
