He is survived by: his former wife Debbie Blaisdell; his wife Barb Coffman; his children, Dawn Renfeldt Myers of Des Moines, Theresa Myers (Nick) of Norwalk, IA, Tyler Renfeldt (Sam) of Des Moines and Eva Stock; his grandchildren, Brittany Smith (Sarah), Bradyn Myers and Cameron Myers; his great grandchildren, Callie and Asher Smith; and his siblings, Terri Lewis (Gary), Joey Purcell and Mike Purcell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
