It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances M. Ramsey (West Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on March 31, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert; her son Dale; and her sister Carol Temeyer. She is survived by: her sons, David (Bobby) of Westminster, CO and Rickie of Des Moines; her grandchildren, Elisha Thornton, Eric Ramsey, Tina Ramsey and Dena DeWitt; her great grandchildren, Teagan Collin and Brooke Schau; and her siblings, Leola Temeyer and Roger Williams.
