She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; her daughter Susan "Stormy"; and her mother Florence Childress. She is survived by: her siblings, Elizabeth Laymon, Clarence "Buck" Eddis and Carl Eddis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
