With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene R. Koch (West Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on September 29, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Koch and Pauline Koch; and his siblings, Natalia Koch, Madonna Feldman, Linus, Louis, Charles and Richard Koch.

He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Koch, Walter Koch (Elaine) and Mary Lampe (LeRoy); and his sisters-in-law, Ruth Koch, Gerry Koch and Mary Koch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Diocese of Des Moines Priest Pension, Dowling Catholic High School, or a memorial of your choice in Rev. Eugene Koch's name.
