Elizabeth Jane Ruby Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2022, at the age of 103, Elizabeth Jane Ruby (West Des Moines, Iowa), born in Mason City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernice Hofler (Poer) and Arthur Hofler; her husband Lloyd Ruby; her brother Ward Hofler; and her nephew Larry Hofler. She was also cherished by six nieces and nephews as well as several great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Des Moines Symphony or WDM United Methodist Church E. Jane Ruby Music Endowment Fund.
