He is survived by: his wife Glocile (Keehn); his daughter Barbara Curth (George); his grandchildren, Derek and Jessica of Palmetto Bay, Florida; his sons, Robert (Jodi) and Brian Francis (Chandra); his grandchildren, Aubrey and Colin of Parker, Colorado; his great grandchild Angenette Mercer (David); his grandchild Michayln; and his brothers, David Francis (Fern) of Highland Village, Texas, Jere Francis (Candis) of Columbia, Missouri and Ted Francis (Ruth) of Burlington, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
