He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard "Barney" Julian and Margaret Julian (Fenger); his brothers-in-law, Dan Wilson and Jim Moorehead; and his nephew Jason Moorehead.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Mary Julian; his children, David Julian (Jessica) and Nikki Julian (Mary); his grandchildren, Michael, Cadence, Christian and Madison; his siblings, Thomas Julian (Jean), Jackie Moorhead and Deborah Wilson; his nieces, Dana Cobb (Robin) and Aimee Carevich; his nephew Brian Carevich (Kim); and his aunt Shirley Schneider (Henry). He is also survived by three grandnephews.
