He was predeceased by: his parent Carrie Simmons; and his wife Annette Simmons. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Simmons (Dave Wegner) and David Simmons (Carrie); his granddaughter Maddie Wegner; his parent Louise Johnson (Bill); his siblings, Lawrence Simmons, Raymond Simmons (Paula), Kimmy Kay March (John), Jennifer Aguilar (Sergio), Millissa Miller (Justin), Jeff Simmons (Christie Bodicker) and Brian Johnson (Jolene); and his former wife Karen Snyder. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; numerous great nieces and nephews.
