David M. Slaughter Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David M. Slaughter (West Des Moines, Iowa), born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on August 2, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Slaughter and Lorraine Slaughter; and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his wife Tara Slaughter (Olson); his children, Jennifer Slaughter (Samantha), Matthew Slaughter (Alexandra), Elizabeth Gobble (Garrett), Nick Slaughter (Kirstin) and Daniel; his granddaughters, Layla Slaughter and Ellison Gobble; and his siblings, Carol Chebuhar (Ken), Brian Slaughter (Juanita), Craig Slaughter (Melissa) and Scott Slaughter (Todd).
