He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Rhiner and Melba Rhiner. He is survived by: his wife Laurie; his children, Daleen "Dazy" Wolfe (Leann) and Matthew Rhiner (Kari) of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Zachary Wiles (Kelsee), Patrick Wiles, Joe Miller, Sonya Wolfe, Jordan Rhiner and Jasmyn Rhiner; and his great grandchildren, Alina and Raelynn.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the McLaren's Resthaven Chapel (801 19th St, West Des Moines, IA 50265). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
