With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constantine D Choremi of West Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on March 14, 2023 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Constantine D Choremi to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Demosthenes C and Pierrette S Choremi of Athens, Greece; and his siblings-in-law, Paul, Doris Smallwood of Decatur, IL and David P Smallwood of Tampa, FL..

He is survived by: his wife Susan; and his sister-in-law Patricia B Smallwood. He is also survived by 4 children and 14 grandchildren – as well as many special friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Constantine's memory may be made to Adelphi Calvary Baptist Church, Runnells, IA; Family Stations Inc., Nashville, TN; or Hillsdale College, Michigan.
