She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Rodgers and Maxine Rodgers (Leighton); and her son David Churchill. She is survived by: her sister Connie; her husband Gary Churchill; her children, Arthur Churchill of Des Moines, IA, Linda Crawford (Steve) of Granger, IA and Mary Churchill of Des Moines, IA; her grandchildren, Meagan, Heather Churchill, Ryan and Kathryn Crawford; her great grandchildren, Jordon, Lydia Sand, Kenneth, Aryah, Bailynn Churchill, Hazely, Zuri Vannausdle, Abigail, Chloe Crawford, Emmitt Willey, Alaina Heaston and Jameson Neuwerth; and her siblings, Gary Rodgers (Rita), Calvin Rodgers (Barb) of Humeston, IA and Carolyn Musick (Bill) of Chariton, IA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
