Chuck Hiner Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2022, at the age of 82, Chuck Hiner of West Des Moines, Iowa, born in Sac City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin Hiner and Madge Ione Richards Hiner; and his brother James Lee Hiner. He is survived by: his wife Carol Hiner; his daughters, Tanja Michels (Greg) and Kylee Halstead (Fred); and his grandchildren, Evan Halstead and Haylee Halstead.

In remembrance of his life, it was Chuck's wish that any memorial tributes be made in the form of charitable donations to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital or Wounded Warrior Project.
