She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Campbell and Elaine Campbell (Howlett); her daughter Carolyn "Carrie" Todd; her siblings, Donald "Butchie" Campbell and Cathy Campbell; her niece Erin Gassaway; and her mother-in-law Marie Hurlbert.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Allison; her husband Ron Hurlbert; her father-in-law Gordon Hulbert; her children, Cayle Campbell, Crystal Miller (Gary) and Trevor Hurlbert (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Ashley Heald, Cayla Heald, Bree Tedford, Shaylene Campbell, Amie Todd, Ellie Miller, Abigail Miller, Mimi Miller, Asher Miller, Trinity Hurlbert, Brody Hurlbert and Kennedy Hurlbert; her great grandchildren, Xander Heald, Serena Heald, Skyler Todd and Colton Neece; and her brother Dean Campbell (Carol).
