Cheryl Rose Bruner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cheryl Rose Bruner of West Des Moines, Iowa, born in Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on June 22, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonard Wagner and Donna Wagner (Sullivan); her husband Brian Bruner; her children, Matt Bruner (Christine) of Huxley and Lindsey Woodcock (Mark) of Raleigh, NC; her grandchildren, Jensen Bruner, Finley Bruner, Theo Woodcock and Lydia Woodcock; her siblings, Randy Wagner (Cindy) of Thousand Oaks, CA, Julie Wilson (late Dick) of Duncan, SC, Bruce Wagner (Patty) of Waukee and Greg Wagner (Angie) of Shueyville; and her aunt Mary Ann Fabricius of Fond. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
There will be no graveside service as Cheryl wished to donate her body to Des Moines University for medical education. Cheryl requested any memorials be directed to the Alzheimer's Association or Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as those two diseases affected people she cared about.
