She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Phipps and Mary Phipps (Penland); her daughter-in-law Cindy Roovaart; and her brother-in-law Jack Tucker. She is survived by: her former husband Lyle Roovaart; her children, Marvin Roovaart (Karen Rockefeller) of Iowa, Lila Fusaro (Pat) of Des Moines, Randy Roovaart (Michelle) of Windsor Heights and Twila Thompson (John) of Montezuma; her sister Arlene Wiedmann (Dick) of Keomah Village; and also Patty Harden of Des Moines. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
