With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Welder (West Des Moines, Iowa), born in Woodward, Iowa, who passed away on July 16, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Caroll Roby and Dessie Roby (Hurst); and her husband Francis. She is survived by: her children, Denny and Linda Welder (Sam Cunningham); her grandson Jason Welder (Tori); and her great grandchild Bella. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Wesley Life Hospice.
