She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sladek and Rose Sladek (Dvorsky); her husband Richard; her son Troy; and her siblings, Howard Sladek and Esther Jedlicka.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Herlein (Deb) of Kentucky, Cristina Falbo (Sam) of Florida, Dori Webb (Ron) of Kansas City and Amy Duder (Mike); her siblings, Jane Gish and John Sladek (Becky) of Texas; and her brother-in-law Jim Herlein (Judy) of Florida. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
