She is survived by: her husband Ronald Culver; her children, Stacy Thompson (Jason), Krista Douglas (Dennis), Roseanna Culver and Joseph Culver (Katie Zogorski); her siblings, Rosemary Mahoney, Madeline Storey (Rick), Cathy McAninch (Fred Windhorst), John Mahoney (Lisa), Teresa Graham (Floyd) and Patti Knight (Craig); her grandchildren, Chad Cherrier (Renee Ratchford), Christopher Cherrier (Dani), Nicholas Cherrier, Kiersten Johansmeier (Gaige), Sophia Douglas, Jered Douglas (Alyssa Meyers), Kadence Baccam and Karter Baccam; and her great grandchildren, Bella Johnson, Carson Cherrier and Riley Douglas.
Memorials may be directed to the family for distribution to Des Moines charities helping children.
