It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alma Jean Sims (West Des Moines, Iowa), born in Clarksville, Iowa, who passed away on August 8, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alexander and Alma Alexander (Freese); her husband Jack; and her daughter-in-law Jackie. She is survived by: her children, John (Jeri), Brenda Weeter (Bob) and Terry; her grandchildren, Kara Weeter, Nate Weeter (Bradie), Alex Oponski-Sims and Lena Sims; and her great grandchildren, Jolee and Jaden Weeter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
