It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Hough of West Chester, Iowa, born in Washington, Iowa, who passed away on October 19, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Hough and Retha M. Hough (Robertson); his brother Larry Hough; and his sister-in-law Judy. He is survived by: his wife Carol Whetstine of West Chester; his children, Terri Hoffman (Joe) of West Chester, Jeffery Hough of West Chester and Garrett Hough of Washington; his brother Robert Ray Hough of Keota, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Jarrett, Cleaveland and Michell Hoffman.
Even after death, Jay's generosity continued through eye donation.
