He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Laxton and Esther E. Hollenbeck; his wife Dee; and his sister Linda. He is survived by: his daughters, Annette Griffin of Burlington, Amy Hollenbeck of Fort Madison and April Murray of Mediapolis; and his sisters, Ellen Bodine of Washington and Sue Myers of Burlington. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
