(Sandie) Bannier of West Burlington, Iowa, born in Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on April 15, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Ramey and Lois Melvin Ramey; and her stepson Matthew Elliot Bannier. She is survived by: her husband William Bannier of West Burlington; her daughter Rachel Wells (Brant); her stepson William Bannier (Marla) of Mt. Pleasant; her grandson Ethan; her stepgranddaughter Amanda; and her brothers, Ray Ramey (Karen) of East Providence, RI, Roy Ramey (Billie) of Clinton, UT and Randy Ramey (Hilda) of Plainfield, IL..
Memorials have been established for Faith Christian Outreach Church in Mt. Pleasant, the American Cancer Association, Cradle of Hope, and Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House.
