She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Stumpf and Alice Kos Stumpf; and her siblings, Margaret Simpson, Wilma Stumpf, Helen Patton, Lorraine Horn, Edwin Stumpf, Mary Ann Mellinger, Patricia Beranek, Robert Stumpf and Diane Spicher.
She is survived by: her children, Brad Hamilton (Shelly) of Burlington, IA, Tara Hamilton of Ottumwa, IA and Amy Hamilton of West Burlington, IA; her grandchildren, Amber, Jordan, Shannon, Eric, Peter, Jacob, Jonah, Emma, Courtney and Kyla; her great grandchildren, Onyx, Finn, Eli, Juniper, Oliver, Charlotte, Dakota, Aleah and Jayden; and her sisters, Lola Hogan, Barbara Stickler, Phyllis "Jean" Westerbeck and Judy Allen (Vere). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for St. Jude Children's Hospital, and Divine Mercy Parish.
