He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McNeese and Gladys McNeese (Barnatt); his sisters, Ruth Norton and Karen Phillips; his brothers-in-law, Leron Leazer and Max Norton; and his nephew Roger Leazer.
He is survived by: his wife Letitia Ellen Hay; and his sister Karol Leazer.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lunning Funeral Chapel (2620 Mt Pleasant St, Burlington, IA 52601). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Yet, his contributions to the community went far beyond his vocation.
