He is survived by: his children, Margo White (Ken), Mike Gerhardt, Jr. (Stephanie) and Shane Gerhardt (Megan); his grandchildren, Ali Witte (Cabel), Ryan White, Emma Gerhardt, Cole Gerhardt and Chase Gerhardt; his great grandchild Mackinzie Kay Witte; and his siblings, Cindy Kenney, Kathy Hollenbeck and Steven Gerhardt.
