She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis T. Channel and Carrie Helen Channel (Houser); her former spouse Carroll Dean Wyckoff of Fairfield; her spouse Carroll Stanley "Stan" Cosby; her sons, Darrell and Larry Wyckoff; and her daughter-in-law Judy Wyckoff.
She is survived by: her daughter Nadine E. Cosby Odell (Tim); and her daughter-in-law Donna Wyckoff. She is also survived by five grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in her memory for Southeast Iowa Regional Home Health and Hospice.
