She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Crowner and Dorothy Crowner (Heuer); her son Terry Allender; and her sisters, Lois Swieter, Donna Koons and Linda Dillon.
She is survived by: her husband Bob; her daughters, Kim McLaughlin (Ken) of Mediapolis, Krista Roberson (Mike) of West Burlington and Chris Buhmeyer (Terry Allender) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Jesse Wagler, Clare Powelson (Chad), Sara Robinson (Denny), Emma Allender, Taylor Rodriguez (John), Colette Guzman and Robert Roberson (Claire); and her sisters, Karen Bergren (Mike) and Becky Patrick (Dave). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice.
