It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Murders of West Burlington, Iowa, born in Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on November 1, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Watters and Phyllis Watters (Haberstich); and her husband A. V. Murders. She is survived by: her sons, Chris Murders (Ann) of Ely and Nathan Murders (April) of Burlington, Iowa; her grandchildren, Ashley, Ava, Brenden, Shelby (Jacob) and Elaina; her great grandchild Blythe; and her sisters, Elise Necklason (Stephen) and Becky Wagner (Thomas). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lunning Funeral Chapel (2620 Mt Pleasant St, Burlington, IA 52601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
