It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Elaine Hedges of West Burlington, Iowa, born in Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Spealman and Molly Spealman (Fischer). She is survived by: her husband Jon William Hedges of West Burlington; and her children, Todd Hedges of West Burlington, Jon Hedges Jr. (Darcy) of Burlington, Jeff Hedges (Jennifer) of Council Bluffs and Molly Richlen (Carl Bader) of Kuna, Idaho. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for the Des Moines County Humane Society.
