David Wayne Stewart Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2025, at the age of 74, David Wayne Stewart of West Burlington, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, David shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid David farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stewart and Geneva Whitacre Stewart; his brother Dale Stewart; and his brother-in-law Smith Davies. He is survived by: his siblings, John Stewart (Jody) of Lenexa, KS and Linda Davies of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by several nephews, a very special niece, and multiple great nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at 3001 Winegard Dr, Burlington, IA 52601.
