He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony John and Adelaide Marie D'Ambrose (Edwards); and his half-brother Robert Mayer. He is survived by: his wife Donna Bigelow of West Branch; his daughter Nicci Northcutt of Dallas; his grandchildren, Lauren and Gentry Northcutt; his sister Carol Jaeger (John) of Lake Geneva, WI; and his half-brother Marvin Mayer (Shirley) of Carol Stream, Illinois.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
