In the sacred silence of farewell, Scott James is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Scott James' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He is survived by: his parents, James E. Petersen and Judy D. Petersen (Crawford); his grandmother Clara Petersen (West Branch); and his brother Gary McGaa Gara (Omaha). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
In lieu of flowers please give to Shriner's, West Branch Fire Department, or Cedar County Cattleman and enjoy a well planted field as you drive in the country.
