It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby L. Franke (West Branch, Iowa), born in Farmington, Iowa, who passed away on November 11, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Lowery and Nellie Lowery (Wilson); and her siblings, Mina, Betty and Lonnie.
She is survived by: her children, Fritzi Dillon (Doug) of Tucson, Arizona. and Rick Franke (Dianna) of Tucson, Arizona.; her grandsons, Chad Franke (Jocelyn) and Travis Franke (Ally); her great grandchildren, Lucy and Lincoln; and her siblings, Sarah Downing (Raymond) of Des Moines and Leroy Lowery (Patricia).
