She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Rusk and Kathleen Rusk (Squires); her son Bradley Busher; and her siblings, Carol, Karen and Lyle.

She is survived by: her children, Douglas Busher of West Branch, Christine Ekin (John) of Davenport, Richard Busher (Danielle) of Wilton, Joseph Busher of Chicago, Curtis Uthe (Salina) of Iowa City and Gina Uthe of North Liberty.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Marcia McDonald Memorial Fund.
