She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Stark and Agnita Stark (Mulcahy); her husband Herbert Oxley; her children, Janella, Joseph, Brian and Kevin; her daughter-in-law Terri; her granddaughter Jennifer; her great grandchild Micah; her son-in-law Raul; and her siblings, Carl Pat, Chuck, John, Ed and Mary Ada Black.
She is survived by: her children, Monica Chavera, Rose Laing, Laura Fuhrmeister (Joe), James (Ruth), Timothy (Rachel), Marcus and John (Dawn). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
