She was predeceased by: her parent Lynn R Blank; and her husband James A. Hovancik. She is survived by: her mother Patricia "Trish" Blank (Northrup); her daughters, Katelyn Hovancik (Gage Lake), Madison Hovancik and Amanda Edmunds (Ryan Borro); her grandchildren, Ethan, Grayson and Caroline; and her brothers, Nicholas Blank and Bob Blank. She is also survived by her daughters, family, and friends.
"Social distancing standards will be in place along with the expectation of all in attendance will be expected to wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in her memory.
