It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna Belle Wilkerson of West Branch, Iowa, born in Cedar, Iowa, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Albert and Helen Frances Tisinger (Mohr); her husband Marvin Wendell Wilkerson; and her siblings, Wayne Tisinger, Lee Tisinger and Patricia Kleckner.

She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis; her son-in-law Joseph Duster of North Liberty; her sons, Dean (Pam Wilkerson) of West Branch and Jim (Deborah Wilkerson) of Wichita, Kansas; her grandchildren, Debra (Ivan), Michael (Angela), Jacqueline (Lucas), Quentin (Stephanie) and Austin (Teresa); her siblings, Eugene Tisinger, Janet Kleckner, Allen Tisinger (Connie) and Paul Tisinger (Alma); and her sisters-in-law, Joan Tisinger and Cecelia Tisinger. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.

A memorial fund has been established.

“Our deepest sympathies to the whole family but especially Phyllis, Dean, and Jim. Donna & Marvin were always so supportive of my grandma Hazel who lived in Des Moines. When we were kids they graciously opened their home and farm to us when we visited Iowa. We always enjoyed spending time with them when they came west to visit the family.
