It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Bill Holmes of West Branch, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 59, on February 24, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Holmes and Dorothy Holmes (Bolhuis); and his sister Valinda Rubio. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Holmes; his children, Rena Holmes, Sonja Neilson (Jacob), Wade Holmes and Austin Holmes; his stepchildren, Mackenzie Miller, Madison Jacobs (Mason) and Mason Miller; his granddaughter Sophie Neilson; his siblings, Becky Pinckert (Gary), Mark Holmes (Jody), Brian Holmes (Terri) and Sandi Caskey (Chris); and his brother-in-law John Rubio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 2253 Old Hwy 218 S, Iowa City, IA 52246.
