She was predeceased by: her parents, LaMar Foster and Mary Foster (Thomason); her siblings, LaMar Jr., Derrold Foster and Doris Hagen; and her granddaughter Shelby (late Richard).
She is survived by: her husband Richard Rex; her children, Tim Rex (Madonna) of West Branch, Tammy Rex McGrew of Rockford, Terry Rex (Kris) of Oelwein and Tracy Wolfe (Chuck) of North Liberty; her sister Mary Jay Turnbull of Des Moines; and her sister-in-law Jan Mather (Ken) of West Branch. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Crestview Specialty Care Center in Audrey's memory.
