He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Thul and Alvina Thul (Becker); his wife Jean Monson; and his brother Roger Thul. He is survived by: his children, Michael Thul of Meeteetse, WY, Joni Halverson (Jeff) of Humboldt, Tim Thul of Jackson, MN, Don Thul (Michelle) of Bode and Steve Thul (Lisa) of Bode; his stepchildren, Annette Latcham (David) of Grinnell, Kristi Rasmussen (Tim) of Bode and John Rasmussen (Kris) of West Bend; and his siblings, Ron Thul of Edgewood, NM, Gladys Collins (Ron) of St. Croix Falls, WI, Sandra Wiemers (Alan) of Algona and Linda Long (Dean) of Manson.
