She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wichtendahl and Sophia Wichtendahl (Harms); and her son Dennis Cruise. She is survived by: her husband Edward Cruise; her children, John Cruise (Brenda) of Wesley, Denise Palmer (Jerry) of Aberdeen, James Cruise of Forest City, Ronald Cruise (Terri) of Waverly, Rachael Cruise (Jim) of Mason City, Sue Ann McKernan (Russell) of Granger and Steven Cruise (Andrea) of Britt; and her sister Emogene Batt. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren.
