He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Wagner and Katie Wagner (Heiderscheidt); and his siblings, Michael, Johnny, Nickie, Billy Wagner, Annie Wagner, Florence Frahm, Margaret Rezabek, Genevieve Klein, Katherine Aman, Susie Zeller and Mary Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Terwilliger of Wesley; his pets, Daisy, Tommy, Molly, Sissy and Snickers; his children, Gene Wagner (Rose Hoover) of Algona, Paul Wagner (Laurie Thilges) of Algona and Cathy Davis (Todd) of Grimes; his grandchildren, Trent Wagner (Barb) of Des Moines and Jacque Myrhe (Chris) of Burt; and his great grandchildren, Trevon, Onica Smith, Montgomery, Dakota Reher, Dallas Wagner, Chelsea, Emma Moss, Foster and Karsyn Myrhe.
